VaultFlow didn't start in a boardroom. It started at home.
My family was planning a trip to Canada — everyone was hyped. Then my dad mentioned my sister's passport was expired. The excitement dropped instantly.
He was frustrated. He had no idea the passport was even close to expiring. If he'd known even a few months earlier, he would've renewed it in time. Instead, it became a last-minute problem that nearly derailed the whole trip.
That stuck with me. It's not just passports — driver's licenses, insurance, subscriptions, school forms, visas. Important things expire quietly in the background until they suddenly aren't optional anymore.
I started asking: what if there was one place that tracked all of that and warned you before the deadline, not after? That's when I built VaultFlow — a cloud app to track document and subscription expiry dates across iOS and the web, so nothing critical lapses without you knowing first.
